Have any of you heard of the Bates method? I am wondering if this natural method of exercises, eye rest and various things would work with MD. I remember going to a lecture about this years ago and vowing I would do the exercises and things as a matter of course - bought the book and everything.

its not a procedure - it is a way of learning how to take care of your eyes and reverse difficulties...I dont know whether it works for MD...I must check to see if they have a website....C x
