Good morning everyone,

Just got back from Toronto yesterday. This time, no doctors were involved. My husband and I went to see the 3rd round at the Rogers' Cup (men's professional tennis). It was terrific although I spent most of the day on Wednesday with terrible nausea!!! Yestersay was better though so overall, it was a success.

I'll check in with all of you a little later today OK? Have a good one!

Josée

" Hi, I'm headed out to dinner with my hubby. I've been stuck in the house all week feeling lousy, so I'm going out, no matter what! LOL!
Josee - How fun having time with your hubby and not involving docs! Sounds like you had a good time despite the nausea. I think out of everything, that is the worst! Was it from your new med? MTX does that to me too. That's why I take it at night and sleep through the worst of it. My doc gave me a script for an anti-nausea med, but I can't take it at bedtime because it could cause me to sleep and not wake up. So I take it during the day and it helps. If you want to know what it is, just let me know. I can't remember the name of it and it is in the other room, lol.
Kristin - Sometimes nothing new is a good thing, lol!
Marilyn - I sure hope you get to feeling better soon. Being in pain day after day sure is a pain, huh? lol! I know what it is like!
Well, my hubby should be here soon. He just got off work, so I had better get ready. I need to put some makeup on. He says I look pretty without it (what a guy) but I think he's blind, lol!
Hugs to everyone,
PolarBear
PS I've thought about using my real name, but worry about security. I know, it's silly. "

" Hey, folks,

Josee, great that your getting a getaway! I get some stomach issues, too, don't think it's MCTD, or maybe it's some weird artifact of some other inflammation somewhere, usually not too bad.

Kristin, it is quiet here. I think we're all a little bummed about Andrea and Dave. I know I am.

Dallas, you haven't had a lot of great days, but you keep plugging along... I think about that when I'm not feeling so great.

Polar, I agree-- I don't like any drug that makes me sleep but not wake up. Don't like the sound of that, these are drugs we avoid at night! And yeah, I tell my wife she needs no makeup or perfume, and it's not just flattery, I mean it.

This day for me had rough spots. Very tense before my business lunch today, but my pals in post production are just so great, they made me feel right at home. No job offer yet, but still in the running. The good friends I made at my last job cancel out all the BS that happened at the end, and I will always remember it as a good experience.

Big trouble with my DVT leg, still putting off seeing the doctor, lots of pain this afternoon... the blepharitis and eyelid pain was driving me crazy... but only for three or four hours. The dog needed a walk, and he kind of walked me out of it. Had a very slow swim, and now doing some of the housework I didn't do earlier...

Best to all, signing off here...
