I am glad this group was started. I have a new life after my divorce. It has been 4 years since my ex and separate and 1 1/2 years since the divorce.
I was married a total of 16 years so at 40 I find myself free and single and I am enjoying life. I have a new friend that is wonderful. He makes me feel like a QUEEN. Yes, I met some jerks in the last year but I learned something from each of them. My children are better and happy, I am going back to school to get my Master's Degree in Social Work, I have a promotion on my job and I have lost 10 pounds and I look and feel great. I thought the pain would never end. But with the help of God, I have made it. I am excited about the future. The old people use to say " Time heals all wounds".
