finally i can write in here, and now i really don't have anything to say....

I am feeling better. I just chatted with a wonderful friend. She is great. She's very understanding about things and has been very helpful. She is a good listener and is always willing to help. She hasn't been feeling real good herself and I hope she will start to feel better real soon.

So, the truth is out! I poured my heart and soul into journaling here, and get tossed aside by A COMPUTER! Or divine intervention (lightening), not sure which right now. But, the computer seems to work fine....sooooo, conclusion?
Everybody decided at the same time to take me out of their friends list....or not.

I have met a new friend and she is where I was 20 years ago. I was just starting to comprehend all the principales of being IS. I tried to get more in touch with the IS side of myself.
Sure I tried to explain it to my family and friends and was only secluded out of their lives.

Hi sexy boyz and girlz,
So today I bought a bottle of Black-Cohosh, its a form of a estrogen supplement...it helps women when they are in menapause. I was wondering if anyone knew if this herb is ok? dangerous? or just of no use to men? I heard that it replace estrogen levels back into the boby...which to me sounds like a hormone.
