I suffer quite bad from ibs-d, every day i get flare ups and im constantly on the toilet so i used to take imodium everyday but it tends to clog me up for the next day.
However, my grandma was prescribed coedine phosphate for her ibs but it dint work so i decided to try it and it helps!! its a painkiller so it helps with the cramps and i havent been to the toilet half as much, i decided to take on in the morning because this is when i am at my worst and iv managed to go the whole day at work without a single stomach cramp!! co codamol does the same thing and i think its the same kinda medicine - hwoever taking pain killer regulally can cause headaches and other symptoms so i wuold talk to your GP before you take these every day ! i was in hospital not long back with severe headaches and terrible constipation and it was all down to cocodamol

yeah come to think of it i think it is! im not gunna take them everyday cuz it says your body can get to used to them anyway so im just going to when i really need to, but thank you! i shall watch out for headaches now xx
