we all take it right but wearied it contains lactose so why is it good for use

Yeah, I don't know why they put lactose in IBS meds. Makes no sense at all. Have you tried psyllium and peppermint oil capsules?

ok i may well be wrong but i think the amount of laxatives in these is minimal - but they are bulk forming laxatives - so they will help you form a stool of correct consistencey as apposed to diear for example !! they are an anti spasmatic not a cure they are merely to help control the symtoms and aid regularity as apposed to relieve them totally !! xxx hope this helps a little
