This is a book I picked up by Dr. Gregg Jacobs. I had been in therapy for insomnia for a month and was seeing no improvement. Luckily, I decided to take some action and got this book. No one recommended it to me; I just saw it in the store, leafed through it, and thought it sounded like it could help me. My sleeping still needs improvement, but I have broken through the intense anxiety and depression that was engulfing my life. I feel so different - like my life has come back to me. I still plan on finding a new therapist, but I credit this book with my important first steps.
