good evening my fellow non-sleepers.I am sitting here with a mind altering migraine headache.I was wondering if I am the only one who gets these headaches from lack of sleep.I am throwing up and seeing spots but needed a second to stop thinking about my head so I came here.
Really just wondering if there is a link between insomnia and migraines.

" Quite possible, when I have gone a while with no sleep I start out with headache then get nauseated and eventually end up with my head in toilet, then I take nausea meds, lay real still and all lights off and noone talk to me.
They have been coming on a lot lately too.

Hope you get to feeling better and get some relief.

All the best! "

" i got migraines from Abilify in high dose. lowering dose stopped migraine. migraines are due to blood flow problems. weakness from insomnia may add to problem but seem unlikely as the major cause of migraines.
hope u feel better!!! "
