" I tried evreything, so far the only thing that has helped is prayer. It took me a long time to really talk to god again and not just ask him to look after my family, kids etc.
When I finally talked to him and told him I couldnt do this and I was at my wits end. The change in me started and now I am doing so much better. I will pray for you also.
I will also say this, it is very hard to put a date on your healing so be very patient, still hold him accountable(this is very important right now), and love yourself first, you deserve it! "

" My H and I are working hard to rid ourselves of all that is negative...may take forever but we are starting with our marriage...he has proposed to me with a new ring and we consider our old marriage gone and looking forward to our new marriage...we had a fogiveness ceremony between he and I and will remarry next year on a new date to celebrate. I just couldn't celebrate the old one anymore. We try to do one thing nice for eachother each day and are taking time to have lunch at least once a week. He accidently gave us new nicknames that we use in private and we got new email addresses that he and I communicate with each other through only...at least once a day. And if you saw my earlier post this week...we shaved him so there was no hair left that she had touched. That one made us laugh :) "

" Google "Dr Frank Gunzburg". He sends you e-mails almost on a daily basis as to what to expect and how to rebuild the trust. "
