You can go on someone's profile as much as you want without them knowing.

Thing is, everyone has privacy settins on their Facebook account that might restrict you from accessing it unless you're one of their "friends" or a "friend of a friend."

If the privacy settings have been set up that way, then you can't get on their page without being added as a "friend" first.

I was worried about facebook, but now I have had a look at it, I am not. Its so bloody open you would have a lot of difficulty carrying out a secretive affair. Correct me if I am wrong!

Guys Facebook is not necessarily safe. I found out about my H's affairs because he was bragging on his Facebook profile about mindblowing dates he had been on in the past month and how he found her perfume enchanting and how in love he was (presumably all put there to impress his slut because he thought I wouldnt look)

I think most of the correspondence was carried out through MSN Messanger from snippets of info I got from his friends but the Facebook messaging works just like email so It would be easy to arrange meetings exchange sweet nothings etc etc

I went on fb,i set up another user account on the pc (i am a pc idiot by the way )made a name up created a fb account and profile etc,then sent the other womens bf a message (you can send anyone a message.
If you want him to know who you are ,just send him a message in your own name easy.If you are restricted to their profile just try to find friends of their friends or people they may know family etc, or go into groups and look them up..you will find them,it took me 12 months but i did it.if that makes scence. You could also post on the discussion boards or go on the bathroom wall app you can post annon on that hope this helps. ps you can post anythink as lond as it is not lies.

I have no idea how to use facebook either.

But would people actually use their real name when conducting their affairs or bragging about them? Isn't it a no-brainer you'll be caught by someone who reads it?

It's not hard it's just confusing at first,and people use their real names mostly because it is suposed to be for keeping up with friends and relatives,it's like a diary,having said that, their are people who use it for immorall reasons, and can be who they want to be. rpg..just googled it it's role playing games new to me .each to their own.
