I have never seen the OW and I don't want to. She lives in another town and I know if I see her I will think she is more beautiful than I am and will never believe he wants me instead.
So for me there was no conflict.

I didn't have to go look because I already knew her. She was (I thought) a friend and colleague. I actually introduced my H to her. Knowing her did not help. She is the complete opposite of me and the opposite of what I ever thought my H liked.

It just made me realize that I didn't really know him the way that I thought.

I want to know what they all look like. His cheating has made me feel so hideous, ugly, fat, repulsive, and old so I am sure actually seeing one of his girlfriends would not be helpful but I deserve to know what the w*****S look like.

I don't know if it's a good idea or not, but affair partners usually aren't any hotter than the betrayed partner. My former OW was good-looking, but so is my wife.

saw pics of both OW made me feel better the first time coz she was bigger than me and not pretty but the second OW is slim and pretty and I felt inferior. I guess sometimes its better to look as otherwise you will keep wondering and may not be able to move on

I have never seen her in person, only her digitally scanned driver's license through my place of employment. It just makes me all the more curious if it's an accurate photo because if it is he is truly scraping the bottom of the barrel. I don't know if that makes me feel better or worse about the whole affair or not, but those who have seen her tell me "what the F--- is he thinking??? You are sooo far above her in every way." I guess for me I WANT to know as a way for me to be able to move on without him knowing he lost the best thing that ever happened to him!

It's a tough call! I never saw the early ones, 18 years ago.
The latest one, 7 months ago, I did see. I went on an obsessive Internet search to find pictures of her. I'm not sure it was not a good idea! I became obsessed with her pictures and comparing myself with her, even though she was not worth comparing to! It also made it much harder to get the images of them together out of my head!

On the other hand, I had imagined her as a beautiful model, she is NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! She's an anorexic Joan Rivers, without the benefit of skin tightening!

Either way, it sucks!

I've seen pictures of the 3 women. LAUGHED my ass off too. I would have thought for my husband to risk it ALL for fast f**k's they would have been knock out gorgeous. They weren't made me feel GREAT. I then understood how a women could degrade herself and lower her standards by sleeping with a married man. Because the cheating husband is deceitful and he could not get a decent woman with morals & values so he hit on the one that is scanky and nasty and lonely the one that can't get a man of her own other then a cheating husband of some one else's . I am so glad that I have seen those pictures too, because before I had, I wonder what it was that they had & I didn't. Turns out it's what I had & they didn't. To each his own, everyone is different.

I totally relate to you mckissickjen. Now that I have seen her, I am disappointed in her looks but I am more disappointed in my husband's desire for another man's wife. My husband isn't the man of God that I thought he was nor is she the woman of God she professes to be. I didn't know that Christian women would initiate sex acts with married men like a common street whore. The saddest thing is that he liked it ( I have to assume that) otherwise he would not have participated for 4 years.
