I was with my wife for 13 years. Over that time she (and I) gained a lot of weight. I loved her and cared for her and did not care about it. She then lost an incredible amount of weight and this nightmare began. So iguess my question to him would be

"would you have done this when she weighed 260"

I met with her and we talked very calmly. Then, I told her, still very calm:

"This is not a threat, but I would like to caution you, to never have anything to do with a married man in the future. It can be very dangerous. For a short period of time there, I new what temporary insanity is. I understood very clearly how someone could kill if they caught thier spouse and another woman in the act."

Her eyes got very big and she sat up straight in her chair and assured me that she would never do anything like this again. She looked very concerned for her safety. Then the idiot tried calling my husband 9 months later. He hung up on her and sent her a no contact letter.

I do believe that her desire for money will get the best of her in the future and she will be right back at with someone. She probably already is.

Wow I couldn't put everything I said to her in one sentence or less. Basically I told her she could have him if she could convince him to leave.
Then there was the one from 16 years ago who made a point of becoming my friend. Well now that I know she won't be saying hi to me in the grocery store anymore, it was a little too embarrassing the last time she did.
I still want to smack the hell out of both of them and if I could goad them into taking that first swing I certainly would.
Still have to keep myself from smacking him too, afraid I might not stop if I start.
