Has anyone taken progestrone in oil and felt extremely bloated and "gassy'? I remember being bloated before, but I am so gassy and can't expel it--horrible feeling on top of the soreness on my back side fromf the shots!

I wish I had suggestions! I was FULL of air from the retrieval and hormones. I drank a TON of water, which seemed to get things moving. Who knows? I feel for ya!

take some over the counter anti-gas pills, like Gas-X, which contain 125 mgs. of Simethicone. Just save yourself a few bucks and get the store brand, it's all the same. Unfortunately, I tend to toot quite a bit anyway, so I couldn't tell a difference. Didn't really feel gassy or bloated during the process though.
