Hi girls, can illness stop implantation??? I have had a really bad cold on and off since last month's 2ww and I am worried that it may affect the chances of conception during this cycle...

I wouldn't think a cold would cause you not to get pregnant. Maybe (if even) a high fever since embryos don't like lots of heat. But, I am sure there have been plenty of women who have conceived while sick and having a fever.
