Supplements and saliva

i recently found a website that sells fertility supplements and i was wondering if anyone knows anything about them. There were two different kinds of pills... the first was Fertilaid, which is basically a pre-natal vitamin with some extra things added in that are supposed to promote healthy hormonal balance for increased fertility. The other pill was FertileCM, which is supposed to better the quality and quantity of cervical mucus and uterine lining. They both sounded promising... but then of course they are trying to sell them so they'll obviously sound great on the website. Does anyone know anything about these? do they actually work? is there a similar cheaper alternative?

the website also had for sale one of those saliva ferning monitors for detecting ovulation. I've heard about these, but have never tried them before. does anyone have any experience with them? good or bad?

" My DH used FertilityBlend (which I think is similar to FertilityAid). He had low counts, took the Blend for 2 months and his counts increased to normal! "

" I've got one of those ferning monitors. I quit using it a long long time ago. It was just to bothersome. Because you have to use saliva from first thing in the morning, and most mornings I wake up with a dry mouth and needed a sip of water to get things moving. BUT if you drink then you have to wait something like three hours (without drinking) to try again. Well, after three hours of not drinking to get the right saliva I was parched again.

Now it just sits in a drawer, the battery has gone dead and the lens is scratched (no clue how that happened). So even if I wanted to use it again I couldn't because if the lens is scratched then you can't read the right results. "
