Has anyone taken progestrone in oil and felt extremely bloated and "gassy'? I remember being bloated before, but I am so gassy and can't expel it--horrible feeling on top of the soreness on my back side fromf the shots!

I am not 100% sure, but try Gaviscon. It is an it is an antacid and for gas. It may help bowels too. I can't remember if I had it with the progesterone or not. I have bowel issues on and off so it is hard to keep track. Good luck!

I was a major chicken and chose to do the suppositories instead of the injections. Docs say they are both effective. As far as gas, try an over the counter anti-gas pill, one that contains Simethicone, usually 125 mgs. Just get the no frills brand, they're all the same, so save your money for gas.... in your car, that is. A quick call to the nurse should confirm that it is ok.

I had gastro problems during 2ww but ended up getting a BFP so I don't know if they were from progesterone or from pg :) But anyway, what helped me was cooked food (can soup mostly) and lots and lots of water. Also staying away from onions and beans.
