Newbie...cannot carry a pregnancy, anyone else?

Hi everyone. I'm new here, and am looking for some support from someone who actually can understand how hopeless I feel. Just yesterday I found out from my RE that I am unable to ever carry a pregnancy on my own. I have Asherman's Syndrome, which is uterine scarring. I've had a couple of surgeries to remove the scarring, but unfortunately I just keep rescarring as I heal.
Is there anyone else in this group who has found out that they cannot either get pregnant or carry a pregnancy on their own? I'm really looking to connect with someone. All but two of my friends are pregnant right now, and I'm having such a hard time coping. Our insurance doesn't cover therapy, and I want to save as much $$$ as possible for adoption expenses down the road. I really hope there's someone out there in my shoes...not that I would wish this on anyone, but at least that person would understand!!! Thanks!!! Jodi Posted on 06/12/08, 01:06 pm |

I cannot get pregnant for whatever reason so I sort of know how you feel. The ladies here at DS are very nice, helpful and supportive. Infertility is such a horrible thing but being able to connect with other people here is a wonderful way to make it through this process. I wish you luck! Hang in there!

I Have recurrent miscarriage also. I am going in on the 16th to see what they are gonna do try to do about it. I feel hopeless also. I'm sorry for what you are going through. I'm here if you need me. They thought they seen something in my uterus but do not know as of now what it is.
