Prenatal Vitamins

DH and I have been trying to conceive for 4 years now. The entire time I have been taking prenatal vitamins. I'm just wondering if I'm missing out on other vitamins and nutrients that are in regular multi-vitamins that aren't in prenatal vitamins. Has anyone talked to their doctor about this? My doctor asked me if I'm taking vitamins, but I didn't even think about asking him this question at my appointment. I can't decide if I should continue taking the PN Vitamins or switch back. Any thoughts?

" I've been ttc for about 3 years and I've been on PN vitamins for the past year and a half. Neither my RE or my regular doctor have said that I've needed to switch up. Everyone has always promoted me staying on them. "
