I am on cd41. I will be going in Monday for lab work so they can call in Provera. I am not pregnant and usually have 29 or 30 day cycles. I have never used Provera and am wondering what I should expect as far as side effects and how long it may take for AF to arrive.
Thanks! Posted on 05/10/08, 03:05 pm |

Ah good ol' Provera...ugh.
You will take it for either 5 or 10 days, depending on your physicians protocal. You may experience hot flashes and breast tenderness. Then upon completion between 3-5 days later a heavier than usual AF will begin. Good luck to you!

Good luck my dear. I had no symptoms with it. But it took about 3-4 days after the last dose.

I went to CD50 and took Provera once. Like so much with IF effects vary greatly. For me I was really tired while I was on it. AF was really, really light. Good luck!
