I'm going to see if I can find the list of safe cold meds they gave me. The only one I know off the top of my head is tylenol cold

I am not sure about the meds-but I do recommend the neti pot. It totally clears out sinuses. You fill it with salt water and cleanse your nose- you can get it at health food stores. It's the best...

Thanks kimbochi! I have the neti pot and swear by it. But, it is just not cutting it right now. Between being sick and stopping all my allergy meds. But I would suggest it to anyone! It does help keep infections away and dries stuff up most the time.

My RE said that it's ok to take sudafed and extra-strength tylenol. It's rough cuz I have chronic sinus issues. I do the NeilMed Sinus Rinse. Love it!

I think Benadryl is OK. When I was having trouble sleeping after my FET and wanted to know if I could take Tylenol PM, my RE nurse said no but I could take Benadryl.

i am 19w pregnant after IF and i have been taking sudafed and benadryl off and on since i conceived. so far the babies have been completely fine. both my re, ob and perinatologist all said that those drugs are completely safe if you are pregnant or ttc.
