So this is why they say you should not test before your beta, but I just could not help it. I had to. So I got home last night and tested and there was a 2nd line. It was soo faint but it was there. I didn't want to get myself too excited becuse I know it is early and the trigger HCG could still be in my system.
I tested when I woke up this morning and it was lighter then last night. So of course I got really upset and said to DH it was the hormone from the shot in my system and not it is leaving. I am crazy and waited an hour and took another test and this one was darker then the one from last night. Still really really faint but the darkest yet. I know it was stupid to test three times. Help!! Has anyone ever had this before? I have my beta tomorrow and should just relax and wait till I get the b/w results but I am trying to hold onto any hope I can so if you have any expereince with the line getting lighter please let me know what happened. I tested with the digital test that says "pregnant" instead of giving a line. With that test, there is really no need to examine the color of the line. I took one of those, and also some of the others with lines. Sometimes, my lines were lighter than other times, depending on what time it was, what I drank, etc. But with the digital one, it always said "pregnant". Why don't you try one of those?

That sounds positive to me hon... please keep us posted i would go to the er and make up that I'm sick or something and get the blood test back in a hr. But that's just me. Good luck

I had the lighter line and it was a low positve. Unfortunately that prgnancy did not work out for me but you never know...Any line is a good sign.
My DH and I are not testing this time even though I have 10 HPT tests here. My friend sells medical supplies and sent me 10 HPT for free. The HPT's stress me out. Even though I am tempted

Okay. Just take a deep breath. It sounds like a positive to me. You are only a day early.
But, stop making yourself nuts and just don't test anymore. The blood test is tomorrow and that is more accurate. I've got my fingers crossed for you, honey!!!

I tested early- 2 days before my beta and got a faint postitive and called the Dr. and asked about how long the trigger shot stayed in your system. They let me come in early for my beta. It was positive and kept getting darker each time I tested (about 7 times!). Sounds like a BFP to me! Good luck!
