Hi Everyone,
We have, I guess you would call it, unexplained infertility. None of the tests we have has, and we've had them all, have come back anything but normal. Which is great but its still been a year and a half and I am still not pregnant. My question for you all is has anyone heard of high progesterone levels being a sign of early pregnancy? This past summer I had a progesterone blood test and it was around 27, then last month I had the blood test again and it was 32 that was with clomid and prometrium. I was told after both of those blood tests that those levels were great. Well, I just had another test this past Weds. again with clomid and prometrim and my level was 67! I talked to the nurse practitioner and she said it could be anything that could have caused this to double, including early pregnancy. I don't want to get my hopes up to high because you all know the disappointment when its a BFN but anyone hear if this being a sign? Posted on 01/17/08, 06:01 pm |
