How many days has your doctor told you to go on bed rest after the transfer? My doctor said only 1 day, but I am reading others that say 3-5 days.

" Mine recommended 24 hours, but only for my mental health so I don't feel guilty if it didn't work out. I did light bedrest for almost 24 hours then went shopping the next day, and it still worked. Good luck! "

" I was on 3 days of strict bed rest. I could pee only. I was even told no showers but I cheated on that part. Our IVF was successful. I'm 15 1/2 weeks pregnant with twins, so I'm happy with the bedrest.

" My RE recommends rest that day but nothing too strenous for up to 48hrs. And like someone mentioned, they "drive" a desk, I wouldnt mind going back to work the next day. Oh, I never made it to ER BUT have discussed this with my RE. "

" 24 hrs bedrest with bathroom priveleges, then couch or chair for another 24 than back to normal routine. Tried that first and second time. Stayed home for a week third time. None worked. Crap shoot if you ask me. "

Then the rest of the week, just relax and not have to do anything. Just read, watch movies, and sleep. "
