I've had lupron injections four times and each time the side effects have been different. The first time I had hot flashes and hypersensitive skin, the next two were fets and I don't remember anything too much then, the last time I had lupron I had lots of headaches. They were manageable, just always there, kind of annoying. I started Lupron again and nothing yet, other than increased energy, I don't know if it's from the Lupron or something else, but I like it.

I was on Lupron for 3 months and experienced a lot of hot flashes as well as constipation. My RE put me on this as a remedy for Endometriosis. I ended up going for surgery, anyway, since I was still unable to get pregnant. Later, when I did IVF, I was put on the Lupron nasal spray for two weeks at the beginning of my cycle. Symptoms were much less severe.

The first time I has Lupron my joints ached really bad in my hands and back...so much that I called the doctor. It went away, though, after a few days. I have been on it 5 other times with no side effects (not even the aching joints) and am about to start next week again with no reservations.

I hope my response will make you feel a little bit better! I was also really scared based on what i was reading about Lupron but everyone is different.
I didn't really have any of the listed side effects except being REALLY tired all the time. I was on it for IVF so on 10 units for about 5 days and then on 5 untis until ER (~10 days).

I am on supefact which is like lupron. So far I have had some migraines, but I am prone to them anyway, and really tired. It's not so bad! Not like the evil clomid! Good luck!

I got hot at night, and a few times during the day. I also had light headaches...not too bad.
