Sensation after injections?????

I'm just wondering how some of you feel while taking GnRH injections - specifically Puregon & Orgalutron...

With Purgeon, I inject it into my lower right abdomen and that area feels "tighter" and "crampy" like right before i get AF....

With Orgalutron, I inject it into my upper thigh and I always have a slight stinging sensation afterward. Today I had a large droplet of blood in the area of the injection after I pulled out the needle....is this normal?

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated as this is my first cycle with injections and am not sure how I should be feeling.

Thanks!
