My beloved 72 year old sister was dx with hypothyroid The Dr gave her a script for .50 mcg of Levoxyl. However they goofed and gave her 150mcg instead. She took this for three months. Now she has massive pain in all of her nerve endings and believe it or not chronic bladder infection that she has only had once in 30 or more years before this! She has an appointment with an Endo in August but Im afraid she won't last until then please I would love some advise.

Who gave her the wrong meds? pharmasist or DR? I would get a second opinion and if things get really bad go to the hospital.
