I dont get what my level is suppose to be. The last time I was at the doc she said that my level had went from 9 to 8.6 what is it suppose to be?? Also what other prob come from having low thyroid?? I no that I have low energy but what other probs come from this. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

i've got a thyroid problem also. if my meds are off, i get tired & get a bad headache! i can always tell when my level is low, i've been on meds for about 27 years now. i'm not sure what a regular level is. mine's usually.04

It is probably the TSH level, and it should be .3-3.0. The "stop the thyroid madness" web site is great at explaining all the symptoms and what levels should be. Also About.com has a lot of good info.

You should be a 3 at least try this site please and look at all the signs, sadly you have to diagnose your own signs and such, lots of Doctors have no idea...here is a site i have been looking into also go to about.com, and put in hypothyroid...
