Hello everyone.

How long does it usually take you to see your doctor after having your lab done for your TSH and T4?

In February I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I had been on 0.1mg of synthroid but was put on 0.112mg at that time of diagnosis.
My doctor wanted me to have my TSH and T4 rechecked in April which I did my TSH was 1.37 and T4 was 1.8, better than it was in February, but I am not feeling better I am actually feeling worse than I was right after being put on the new dose. Now I am even more tired, back hurts, legs and arms ache, feet and hip hurts, I don't feel rested after sleeping 9-10 hours at night and I even have been a bit dperessed recently.
Doesn't it seem like a long time in between having my lab done again and seeing the doctor?
To me, with the symptoms I am having now I don't think my synthroid dose is right yet.

Would appreciate any response to this am getting a bit frustrated with how I am feeling now.

Thank you

Renee

" I would say you need to have the dosage corrected. I was on a dose similar to you, now I am on a dose of .125, but am sick for the last month. Call doc results can take up to a week depending on the lab or doc need for fast results... "
