GRRRRRR I just cannot breastfeed. I have enough supply, they are attached fine but for some reason I just do not have very much milk. I am the exception to the rule. Stop saying supply and demand constantly like it is the answer to everything. I even express as well as breastfeed. I just cannot get my supply up. Alright? No I don't want to formula feed so stop suggesting that I do.

so I got to bed at 3, yay me. today i have done sweet buger all. I've gone down the road to get formula, vaced, mopped and....done a load of washing. Oh did i mention i was thrown up on only twice? yup that's right one for each baby.
My assignment rough drafts are done, one for all three subjects. just have to edit and send them off. thing is I've been thinking about them non stop. GAH...

I found humor in my adventure yesterday. I had to go to the doctors' and get some answers.
My day started out on the wrong foot. I spilled coffee down the frount of me, choked on my meds and fell down the stairs.
I managed to catch the bus to get to point B. then when I got to point C I remebered I'd forgotten an extra diaper. Missed the bus from Point D to doctors office so wal...1 Comment -

I know he is trying, but why must he try to be so annoying? 1500 calories has been a good target, too. physically it's a good amount; a 400-cal meal is plenty without making me feel full, which requires me to actually feel feelings instead of feeling stuffed :) in retrospect, that's probably why i felt like such a basket case while hadiah was here -- i wasn't able to suffocate my feelings with food. along with all the hormona... -

i survived... ate some chips, which someone else brought and which are my weakness, but sampled several kinds and was usually able to stop after a few handfuls (only because there were witnesses! LOL); stuck to my planned food with spotty consistency (in a sort of downward spiral toward resignation); but i never binged and don't think i overate.

I'M STARTING TO SECOND GUESS EVERYTHING LATELY. SCHOOL POLICY IS TO LOG ON 3 OF 7 DAYS A WEEK WITH 2 RESPONCES EACH TIME. THE INSTRUCTORS ARE SAYING THAT IT'S NOT ENOUGH.
I'VE BEEN STRESSED OUT AND STARTED SMOKING AGAIN AND HAVE BEEN SLURING MY SPEACH. COULD BE FROM THE SMOKING. NOT SURE.

I am have been thinking about the brown rice fast. I am flopping on so many goals. My writing course is off to the side right now, I am not really losing weight (I am not gaining either), I am working on articles for AC still and I am not sure how to be a better partner.
But the rice fast, I MUST do it soon. So I am thinking if I can't commit to 10 days then I should pick a Sunday and start......

I went to a party,
And remembered what you said.
You told me not to drink, Mom,
so I had a sprite instead.
I felt proud of myself,
The way you said I would,
that I didn't drink and drive,
though some friends said I should.
I made a healthy choice,
And your advice to me was right.
The party finally ended,
and the kids drove out of sight.
I got into my car,
Sure to get home in one piece.
