As in narcotics, no. You probably know high blood pressure is a silent killer which means people have no symptoms generally. If you are experiencing pain it could be your heart's reaction to having high b/p. What are your b/p readings? It is a good thing to have a home monitor so that you can take it daily.
I had heart palpitations that weren't painful but the muscular tension around my heart was, and scary too. It lead me to believe I was having a heart attack when in effect I was having a panic attack. I got a beta blocker and a anti anxiety medication but no pain meds, although I wouldn't have minded for other reasons.
