" yes!

Emotions can really affect your blood pressure. so just try to keep calm and everything goes better even without medication.. you know? medication only harms our body...disturb our natural balance "

" I totally understand. It was the same for me as well. Now my Dr. is trying to get both my BP and anxiety under control. In her words.."They are 'feeding' each other." Learning relaxation techniques and breathing techniques are one way to get that under control. I am on meds for both and worry constantly about heart health. Glad to know I'm not alone though. "

" Oh thank you for posting this question. I have had HBP for longer than I have been diagnosed with anxiety. But the reason they gave me for my HBP is my weight and my couple cigarette a week habit. I quit that and lost weight and lowered my salt intake. But finally a reason. My Dr is a big fat dork. "
