i actually think it's the worst years of our lives. but if someone is a bitchy, popular, backstabbing jerk they usually love their high school years. (with some exceptions)
college is gunna be fun. those will probly be the best years. alot of people, classes with different people all the time.... i would have the option to at least be an outsider or mix in the the student population... in HS, everyone is forced to be around each other 8 hours a day so it's like we're all one huge dysfunctional family.

I think that high school is only bad because most people don't get the big picture. They focus all their attention on what's happening at the moment and trivial things like popularity and possessions rather than thinking about what's really important. Most people still aren't mature in high school (heck, there are countless people who never mature) and they make it that much harder for those who are.

Who ever said it was the best time of our lives? Surely its got to be the worst. I suppose the only good thing about it is how much ive learnt about people... and how much ive learnt that sometimes, no matter what you do, some people just cannot be reasoned with or made to open their minds. LIfe has *got* to be better than this ****.

I've heard people saying that too!! Do they not know that high school is not easy, fun, or exciting? The most exciting thing that I have seen in the school was when someone broke a window with their head. Is that lame or what?
Anyway, I do agree with what was said about good sports, good friends, although they might not act at it at times.

someone broke a window with there head?!?! realy? crazy yo. anyways yeah i think that whole high schools the best time of our lives thing is a load of BS. the only thing thats keeping me going right now is the thought that life is going to get BETTER after high school. i mean if this is suposed to be the 'best times of our lives' whats the point really?? honestly its kinda depressing.

i think high school will be memorable for me because it was when i did the most growing emotionally.
i discovered who i am and what i am not and began to proud of the person i have become! Also i spent my whole high school in another country so that was something new and amazing!
so in a way high school has been some of the best years of my life.

Yeah, it's kinda sad when that's the most exciting thing in your life, isn't it. But, I would be tecknically called a geek, and I don't see why. Yes, I do usually get good grades, but no, I wouldn't call myself a geek. I do other things.
Oh, there was something new and exciting that happened. Some girls got into a fight during lunch about a week ago. It seems like that's the only time that there's anything exciting is when someone's going to get into trouble.

i wont lie to you, high school does suck. yea being with the ones you love right now during these times is the best thing to do. it will take your mind off of school and of of all the stress. just wait until college though. i never been there, but i know its gotta be better than high school at least.

it is because without the things i have gone through i wouldnt have such close friends or know who i really am and what people are like and to come out of my little bubble other than that it is hell cant wait to leave

I agree with SuperMan. But still, school gets pretty boring. And if waiting for college is the best I can do, its going to be an eternity before I will be able to stop waiting for it. I'm only a freshman. But luckily, school is practically done!!!!
