Sorry if this has already been spoken about but has anyone used Calendula (from a species of Marigold) to aid healing for boils etc.? Has anyone had any success with this?

Aaah, ok. It was recommended by the lady at my local Health shop. I think it's used a lot for nappy rash! Anyway, I'll give it a go and post any results

Calendula has been reported to be very beneficial to skin. Personally I would try it. I've used Abundantly Herbal Calendula Cream made by Arbordoun with great satisfaction for other skin conditions, but not yet for HS (I haven't had any HS flare-ups in quite some time...knock wood). You might be interested in this discussion if you haven't seen it yet:
