Since i stopped smoking i have on probably one or two occasions had a bit of indigestion...So my doc was correct smoking really does antagonise hiatus hernia..Just wanted to say that...

true, I quit smoking and it has help alot I had tried one a week ago and I ended up coughing and throwing up. I had only quit for 8 months. so if you can quit do so
