hey there, i had an endoscopy.. i was so nervous.. the worst part is preparing for it the nite before because you get "cleaned out"haha.. nothing to worry.. they put you out but theres another dr to make sure everything is ok while ur sleeping.. no worries. feel free to worry me

YEs I have had them both and do every other year, I am usually out of it. The best part is they remove the polyps that can turn to cancer. PREVENTION it is more then worth having them done. Plus it will show if you have bile reflux, acid reflux, IBS, Diverticulosis, etc etc.
Dont worry about it, it can safe your life

Your welcome. Infact a couple times I had the endoscopy and colonscopy done at the same time. Didnt know it was going on anyway. It will be fine and you are doing the right thing.

I had both, and have been dealing with ebs hiatal hernia andacid reflux I have had every test under the sun so if you have ant ?s I have a support group availible. The thing that really sucks is that I'm only 21. It became so stressful. but I found out its not that bad just need to relax and hope for the best
|

sorry you are having trouble..and so young...you are right about the relaxing part. stress just makes it worse... had the tests...knew i had hernia but also have gastritits.... so will keep taking the meds..good luck to you.
