I get this awful pressure under my left breast. And sometimes it last for days sometimes hrs. I am heavy chested so feel like I have to hold it up all the time to get some relief from it. It helps a little bit but not much. wondering if this is normal? If it could be from the hiatal hernia?

I got(sometimes still do)awful pain in the lower chest,central area.About where the escoph. meets the small intestine.I also have a hiatal hernia,Baretts escoph. and ulcers in intes. also lower escoph.Im also wondering why I have this,wish I knew more as the pain is really BAD,its frightening.Going to be having another exam soon.Hope this is helpful.God Bless,val

I have a pain under my left breast, it always hurts. When I lean forward - like when I am on my computer - it hurts even more. I had an ultrasound and the doc says it is a fatty tumor. Its not dangerous just annoying. You should mention it to your doctor. When I press on the area I feel a small lump deep inside.
It could be a fractured rib if you've had a bad cough recently or fallen. It could be lots of things, its best if you don't worry about it, but take it to the doc...hope you get this figured out quick...hugs jilly
