Yes, you can feel more tired, more cranky, and definately slower moving. Drink drink drink! I have water all around my house, in my purse, in my cars etc...I am always sipping all day and all night long! The best way to find out is to start drinking a ton of water, and see if your start feeling abit better. It is amazing how being a bit dehydtrated can effect your over all health.
Keep us posted...and DRINK NOW!

5Starr has it right. The best thing you can do for yourself is keep well hydrated. Once you get used to drinking a lot of water, you'll feel funny if you don't. Keep the Faith.

It's a HUGE deal to not drink enough water.....I got so dehydrated that my veins collapsed every 2 weeks when I had to get labs done! And, not to mention the fatigue, nausea and muscle cramps! Flavor your water with decaf tea if you can't stand the taste.......it is amazing the difference in being well hydrated. TRUST ME!!! lol

the suggestion by drs is that you should drink (in oz) half your body weight. my husb was 180 lbs at beginning of tx, so he was spose to drink 90 oz of h20/day. after losing 20 lbs while on tx, i said hey, now you only have to drink 80 oz/day, lol! i have always drank tons of h2o (about a gallon/day), have always loved water, but i know it's hard for others, but it definitely helps and is very worth it.

Drink lots of water and see if that helps. If it does that will answer your question. I hope that will help you feel better, I know how awful it can be to feel so bad. Let us know if the water helps.

sometimes i forget to drink enough water, and definently feel the sides more. i make it a goal to drink 50 oz before 9 am every day, that way its pretty easy for me to achieve the 150oz that seems to work for me. i also excersize as much as i can. doc say water helps blood volume, so while the tx depletes white and red blood cells i need as much volume as i can get.

OH YEAH. Push the water and drink all day. I noticed that I did not have the energy to do this but I sat water bottles around the house, even the bathroom. It does help. Keep strong.
