What is it? Where did you get the milk thistle? Where can I get it? Is it OTC? What's the cost? Please respond anyone and everyone.

it is a herb and cheap,and it will not hurt you,it does help with inflamation,go look into herbs online be good and safe

You can buy it anywhere you buy most other vitimins and herbs. I know Wal-Mart is the cheapest place I have found them. You can buy them on line too but just a cheap elsewhere(drug stores)

I take 1000mg every morning. I found mine at Walgreen"s.I think it was like 9.00 for 50 of them.

They are with the vitamins. I go to WalMart (not because I like WalMart) because they stock it.
I get the 185 mg and take one with each meal, 3 X per day.

I'm in long term remission and yet I still use it daily..who knows how much it contributes to my still being clear..all I know is I would't dream of giving it up..
