I was diagnoses with Hep.B 5 years ago in London. But I think I've got it from my mother. My mother died becouse she was not diagnosed earlier with hep.B and became very ill having a cirrosis. She lasted 6 months only. Now i think it can happened to me. I worry very much. But in UK i don't know what to do. While i lived in London i had a very good hepatitis specialist in special clinic. Recently i moved to midlands i saw GP here about my test results He didn't tell me anything i didn't know. He said there is no need for blood test every 6 months. So i don't know if i'm getting worst or not, how is virus progressing. Can anybody give me advice what should i do. Do i need to have blood test 1-2 times a year or wait till i become ill? Thank you
