Getting out to run is getting easier all the time, this dont mean it's not hard. I ran just a while ago, did a lap and a half around the park. I was less winded and a bit more energetic, so I will claim it as progress. Exercising my legs, heart, and lungs really does make me feel better about myself and my well bein in general. Every day gets a little better now that tx is complete. Looking forward to the day when I do not need to take pain pills but my legs and arms still ache terribly and even though I am in recovery, I refuse to be a martyr in pain when I do not have to. Struggling with the sleep still but eventually I know deep down in my heart that I will get better and sleep will come.

this was posted on my paddling board..yes I got 'busted' by the water police last time..however I was able to LIE TO HIS FACE when he asked if I had my life jacket..thankfully he didn't check my compartments as I only had a floation pillow.

Today I went to work and had to leave Fred (my husband) home alone again. I hate doing that because his meds keep him so confused kind of in a cloud I guess. I worry about him all day and call him 5 or 6 yimes aday.Alot of the time I wake him up. Hospice upped his meds. today.He is now taking 20mg ofmethadone 3 times a day and100mg of oxicotin every hour thats p.r.n. and sometimes he dosen't ...1 Recommendation

i obviously have some growing to do and i wish all these growing pains were over but i was always a late bloomer. my roommate (ex) came by to take me to the library and grocery store and he said (out of the blue) "you could be somebody if you could stay off the bottle." mind you, i stayed sober for 2 years when he was in my home sleeping on one of my beds and sitting with his fat ass on...4 Recommendations2 Comments -
