" All is well, I know the first few weeks, I kept waiting for the so called sides to show up. I actually thought maybe I was given a placebo! My VRL dropped to zero after only 4 weeks, so the rx was definately working, even though I had limited side effects. The only think I would mention, is I am a bit more tired then before, and I run fevers a few days after my shots, but they are controlled with tylenol or advil. So don't worry be HAPPY! There are quite a few of us here on DS that are doing great, even working full time. It is not all gloom and doom for everyone. Stay positive, and talk to others who are positive. I do believe that is half the battle. If you expect the best, and don't plan on the worst...your husband will do great! Keep us posted! "

" I am just finishing up tx and experienced very few sides over the 24 weeks (last shot tonight), the last few weeks have been more of a challenge. Just know there are great ways to manage the sides, count each side less day as a blessing. Best to you both. "

" I think it's great that he is not having any sides yet. I had them with the very first injection. My husband and daughter had very little side too. Hubby never missed a day of work. Daughter had to be home schooled for the last 4 months of TX do to fatigue, headaches and mood swings. I worked up until 5 months into treatment. It just got to difficult on me. Spend the last 4 months basically in bed. It wasn't pretty. I look for the positive in every situation in my life, but when things got that bad, that's a hard thing to do. So if he does experience sides be there for him. Support really helps...Keep us posted, here for you when needed...Joni..xo's "

" I am happy your hubby is strong and has not suffered any side effects....this is good! Keep encouraging him to stay strong and always be there for him! Take advantage of the great days he is having as bad days may sneak into the picture down the road(hoping and praying they wont though)
Take care my friend,
keep us informed on how he's doing and always remember that we are here for you to share the good and the bad.

" Hi Bummed
So glad the hubby isnt feeling yucky from the meds. I started feeling crappy after the first month, but remember that everyone is diffrent. He may be one of the lucky ones that doesnt suffer from bad sides!! Be happy for him. I sure am!! I wouldnt wish what I experienced on anyone "
