I am at my wits end. I have sever bleeding, so much so that I am now anemic (severe). I have never seen so much blood in my life.
I have had every test in the universe and a PPH for the prolasped hemorrhoids - which completely failed. I really just wanted to vent as I had a Contract CT last week that wrecked me. They put contrast up your rump and believe me when you already have pain, stuff up your rump is not very nice. AND of course it came back normal, so all that for nothing. I honestly have thought of suicide - seems extreme but I have been suffering for 30 years. Posted on 04/15/08, 02:04 am |

I feel for you. I've been dealing with hemorrhoid and fissure bleeding and pain for over a year now. My doctor keeps telling me it will get better but when??? I've also tried lots of treatments and nothing ever seems to fix the problem. I am also depressed and dwell on this all the time. I dread to get up in the morning and have a bowel movement because of what I might see. I had a colonoscopy 2 years ago that was clear and my doctor doesn't think I need another one because nothing showed up on the last one other than hemmorhoids. Don't know if I should get another opinion or not. I just hate the thought of starting all over again. This is affecting every part of my life!

since having my two children my lifelong chronic constipation has worsened and hemorrhoids and anal fissures have been almost a daily thing. It IS frustrating. Having to apply creams or use suppucks! You're not alone!

I know how you feel..I keep shoving suppositories and it doesn't ease up for long...Then I have fibro...the pain is awful...If this is what I have in my 60's I cannot go on for ever like this either....Please help us Lord.
