" That was my experience also. Each time I had to poo they would swell up and bother me. Sometimes for a day or a week. But I also kept getting more, so I had surgery. My sister had one that clotted. This is extremely painful and must be removed. She had it banded off and did well. I talked with many people who told me they had developed a hemmorhiod and it bothered them for days. Once the swelling went down they never had a problem since! Well! I guess there are two kinds of problems. Ones that keep swelling indicate it should be removed because they will keep swelling. That is my thought. "

" Does peroxide really work? I have an anal fissure and hemmorhoid and I do sitz baths every night.

That seems to help, but doesn't help them go away. "
