Advice:
Has anyone with Haemophilia used Biophosphinates?

My son is six years old with severe Haemophilia A and has AVN of the talar dome. The AVN has been present for more than two years and should have arrested by now, only it hasn't, its become more aggressive. The bones in his foot are now severely affected and our only course of action is biophosphinates. This is uncharted territory for the doctors and suregons involved and they dont even know if its going to work. We have searched all over for a similar case but there aren't any. Does anyone have any experience with Biophosinates?? Would love to hear from you if you can add anything.
