Can you get off better, like, a better orgasm or more, from a toy? Or from a boy?

With the exception of only one person my entire life, I have to say a toy! Had up to 9 in a row with my toys. Most men don't have the patience or willingness to do that much. They give one or two, tops three, and get off themselves and they are done. Shame most of the time I'm not!
