i have a BMI between 21-22.5 ish i really want to lose about 15 in the long run but i want to try and lose a little bit each week.
i have IBS and i have to eat 1.5 cups of bran each day and i take it with 1% milk. so right there its already about 420 colories, i also started to frink lots of water. i need ideas of what to do. ive tryed staving my self but that did no good, i lost 5 pounds than gained more than 5 pounds because my metoblism was all messed up. does anyone have any advice or ideas they can share with me? i want to do this the right way Posted on 11/12/07, 09:11 am |

Hi :o) Well I have a hiatal hernia so that causes me all kinds of stomach problems. I have found that low-fat yogurt is great for the stomach and low in calories and such. But my main advice, slowly change your habits to making better, healthy choices. Lean meats, fruits and veggies, whole grains etc. I'm sure you know what is healthy, just slowly get there. Good luck!

It teaches you to eat properly, it's not a diet its a life style. I was able to lose 35lbs while on antidepressants. It was a lot of work, but if you are honest with yourself it works.
