After 8mts of cancer treatment my mums neck cancer has become more aggressive than ever, she has been told that she cannot be cured and that all that docs can do is control the pain. I want to find out about alternative meds you have tried or have been told of, there is no harm in trying anything that might help as we have vertually no hope left at all.

I have just been dx'ed with tonsil cancer &, so far, there are 2 alternatives that I have heard of + one that I know gives help.
The first was a study in Canada regarding taking Vitamin D. It seems some woman up there, included in the study, refused treatment for breast cancer & the Vitamin D cured (?) the cancer...at present she has no signs of the cancer anywhere in her body. And the second, I learned today from another woman whos daughter has had breast cancer for 3+ years & has undergone all sorts of treatments for it. Seems they heard of NONI Juice & the daughter started drinking it & is now down to one small patch of cancer in her body. Neither of these is proven but I have started taking Vitamin D to see if it will, in addition to proposed therapy/treatment of my cancer will help with it. The NONI Juice I found at several sites on the internet & I am still not sure of this. Also, I know that this one helped my father live a few more months in more comfort than he had been in prior to my making it for him....he had colon cancer & could not eat anything & would often have debilitating hiccoughs for 8-10 hours a day...anyway, we gathered stems & some leaves from friends who grew marijuana & brewed a tea for him. He actually gained back weight & the hiccoughs stopped & he regained energy & was able to enjoy life again. It wasn't until my rotten little nephew told him we were giving him "pot" tea did he have any problems with it; after learning that it was an "illegal drug", he stopped drinking it several times a day & slid back into the weight loss & hiccoughs & finally died. I am a strong supporter of medical marijuana as I have seen the helpful effects of the plant. As there seems to be no hope for your mother, these may give her somemore time & could be worth a try.
