I have had genital warts and herpes since I was about 19 when I got them from my daughter's father. My warts have never acted up since the first time I got pregnant which was 15 years ago, and my herpes only flares up occasionally, so I have been pretty lucky. A few months ago I had an abnormal
pap which worried me a little. So they did another one and it was abnormal too, but they said that it was only slightly abnormal so they wanted to do a
colposcopy to rule out the chance of precancerous cells. Well, got the results back from that and no cancer which is good, but they did tell me that I had an HPV virus. Now, it seems as though warts is a form of hpv, so i guess i have always had it, not real sure. I've never read about it a whole lot, but now that I've been told this, I've started
reading. One thing that I do know is that I'm tired all of the time. Now I am a bit overweight, about 60 lbs. or so, and I know that doesn't help either, but what I'm wondering, is the HPV virus causing me to be tired also, and now what?.... I also love sex, but sometimes I just don't have any libido. Does anybody have that problem either?

I doubt that the HPV is causing you to be tired. I haven't heard or read of it... It sounds more like you could be a bit depressed. Depression, mild to severe, can make you tired and feel achy all over like you have the flu. It's well known for squashing the libido! It can also impair memory, concentration, sleep, appetite. Lots of other things can cause fatigue also, but I doubt that the HPV is the culprit.
