Things are good. I've grown a great deal in the last two years.
I graduated in May and have a very good opportunity I'm enjoying in my new career!
I now understand that this country has a long way to go concerning mental health services, health care, education, equality, diversity, class, and wealth generation for all individuals and families.

I had a late start to the day today as yesterday i had a busy day in the lake district looking for a house with my freind, i had terrible anxiety all the way home which sucked. but soon as i got home i was fine a little later on.

Ok so it's my mums bf's birthday today and we've spent the day lazing in the sun. Thats fine by me I've just spent it jumping on trampoline. I made loads of food and cakes and things, and after preparing food to the exact detail I stop wanting to eat it. So that worked fine.
