My partner and I are wanting to become parents and,need advice on the different ways of accomplishing this . We are looking for discussion on this topic. Anyone with information ,please feel free to share your input . We feel extremely "lost" in all of the various methods we have researched . Thank you .

I see that this was posted back in June, so perhaps you've gotten the help you needed. However, my partner and I had a son 2 1/2 years ago via artificial (we prefer "alternative") insemination and now we're trying for a 2nd.
